Solution based on IFS Application software is intended to support main processes of Internet providing company: equipment registration, maintenance and support, subscribers servicing, supply management, sails and marketing and document flow organization.

Key Features:
- Common client database. It contains all contacts and activities on these contacts, convenient search tool and all necessary documents attached. Makes it easy to enter new subscribers and run existing accounts.
- Sales department management. Application provides ability to set tasks to sales managers, appoint responsible persons, view task status and control fulfillment. Data entered gives wide opportunities for sales manager activity analysis and reporting.
- Call center functionality reduces time costs for customer case handling providing access to all documents and case running data (request status, time of problem solving, etc).
- Equipment management implementation. This tool allows keeping all physical information in equipment register, trace replacement of equipment and spare parts, record and control maintenance costs, make equipment monitoring to track current status or stop reasons.
- Maintenance functionality helps managing schedules for regular maintenance and overhaul works, work-orders creation, preparation, works fulfillment, reporting and control. Graphic tool makes it easier and visual.
- Calculating MTBF (Mean time between failures) and MDT (Mean down time).
